About HP TET:
Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has recently announce about the Entrance Exam of Teacher Eligibility Test known as TET. It is an Indian entrance examination for teachers. The test is mandatory for getting teaching jobs in government schools from Class 1 to Class 8. It is conducted by both Central government and State governments in India. Most states conduct their own TET. The test is conducted in order fulfill and achieve the goals of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act. Age Limit Of HP TET 2022 :
There is no age limit prescribed for candidates appearing for HP TET.
Eligibilty Criteria Of HP TET 2022:
TGT (ARTS)
B.A./B.Com. with at least 50% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education(B.ed)
OR
B.A./B.Com. with at least 45% marks(only for those who have passed B.Ed. upto 30.08.2009) and 50% marks (for those who have passed B.Ed. after 30.08.2009) 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with NCTE (Recognition norms and Procedure) regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EL.Ed.)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years B.A.Ed.
OR
B.A./B.Com. with at least 50% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education(B.Ed.) (Special
Education).
TGT (Non-Medical)
a) B.Sc.(NM) with at least 50% Marks And 1 Year Bachelor In education (Bed)
OR
B.Se.(NM) with at least 45% marks(only for those who have passed B.Ed. upto 30.08.2009) and 50% marks (for those who have passed B.Ed. after 34 08.2009) 1 year Bachelor in Education.

Validity Of HP TET Certificate :
The HP TET Certificate Will Be Valid For Life Time From The Date Of Issuance Of TET Certificate. There Is No Restriction On The Number Of Attempts A Person Can Take For Acquiring A TET Certificate.
Application Fee HP TET :
Rs. 800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Only) for the General & Its sub Category and Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PHH Candidates.

Candidates needs to Submit Online Payment Through link of Payment Gateway by the Debit Card/ Credit Card.

Steps To Fill Form for HP TET :
Candidates Can Follow The Given Steps For Online Application :-
- Step 1: Click on Register link and fill the Online Application Form. Candidates are advised to note down his/her system generated Application Number. The candidate should supply all the details while filling the online Application Form and no columns shall be kept vacant. After successful submission of the data, Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining steps of the Application Form and also required for all future correspondence. For subsequent logins, candidate will be able to Sign In directly with his/her respective system generated Application Number and Date of Birth. This Application Number and Date of Birth are required for subsequent operation(s); hence the candidate should keep a printout of the same with him for ready reference. Printout option for system generated Application No. is available on Website containing Transaction ID and Fee Detail
- Step 2: Candidate must upload his/her scanned images of Photograph and Signature. The scanned images of photograph, Signature should be in jpg/jpeg format only. Size of the photo image must be greater than 15 Kb and less than 20 Kb. Size of the signature image must be greater than 10 Kb and less than 15 Kb.
- Step 3: Candidate has to pay examination fee through online payment mode only. Payments made by any other mode (i.e. MISC or any other Head) will not be entertained.
- Step 4: Before making Final Submission, Candidates are advised to cross check all the particulars and credentials and make corrections before making Final Payments.
- Step 5: : After Final Submission of the Online Application Form, candidate will take printout of his/her Application Form, and retain for future reference
