Educational Qualification
  1. Legal Assistant in Department Of Excise And Taxation, Govt. of Punjab : Should possess a second class degree in law Should have practised at the Bar for a minimum period of two years or should have an experience of working on a legal post for a minimum period of two years.
  2. Legal Assistant (Head Office) (Group-B) in the Department of School Education, Govt. of Punjab. : Should have passed a professional Degree in Law having a minimum of two years experience in Bar.
  3. Legal Assistant (Subordinate Offices) (Group-B) in the Department of School Education, Govt. of Punjab : Should have passed professional Degree in Law and have minimum of two years experience at Bar.
  4. Law Officer in Department of Housing and Urban Development (PUDA), Govt. of Punjab : Law Graduate with at least three years experience as an advocate or should have held assignment involving Legal work for a period of not less than three years.
